Unfortunately our Gen3 filters will not be compatible with with cage designs. Due to the design of this camera, we need to carefully cut through the casing during the conversion process to reach and modify the sensor. After the conversion, we reseal the camera using a flexible black epoxy. While this ensures the camera remains resistant to rain and splashes, it will no longer be rated for underwater use unless paired with dedicated underwater housing. This modification will not interfere with using any dedicated GoPro housing equipment. All conversions include a professional recalibration to infinity. Infrared Video White Balance: GoPro unfortunately does not not support custom white balancing. As such when shooting compressed video with infrared bandpass filters e.g. 590nm, 720nm; we recommend setting the white balance kelvin value to the lowest setting. This will bring the colors closer to a theoretically correct infrared white balance. Further color adjustments in editing software can be made to match the appearance of true custom white balanced video.
